Dear Young Men…

You’ve been LIED to!

Society told us that while we are still young we should focus on having fun.

That we should:

• play video games

• go to parties

• drink alcohol

But the truth is…

Most young men feel empty because they are chasing pleasure but craving purpose.

These things may be fun in the moment, but they won’t fulfil you.

You will be left with a void and constantly craving more out of your life.

What you are craving is PURPOSE.

How do I know?

Because two years ago that was me.

I was wasting my life away chasing fun instead of fulfilment.

Chasing the present pleasures instead of future fortunes.

Chasing girls instead of God.

Despite what the older people like to claim:

You won’t be young forever… (Remind your parents that 40+ is no longer young 😉)

But all jokes aside, now is the time to set yourself up for success, fulfilment and peace.

Three qualities that the average man craves but doesn’t have.

Don’t waste this opportunity.

Don’t waste your youth!

• You have all the time in the world to chase your dreams.

• You have all the time in the world to find yourself.

• You can take risks while having no responsibilities to go with it.

Do you know how much people would pay to be in your position!

But remember true purpose comes from God.

So without God, you will always be left craving more.

Build your life around him and let him lead you.

I’m not saying that you shouldn’t play video games or go to parties.

These things are not necessarily bad in moderation.

But don’t build your life around them.

By doing that you are only living a life that you will one day regret.

You will only be setting yourself up to fail.

Most people make this realisation when it is too late.

It’s a lot harder to take risks and chase your dreams when you’re 40 with a wife and two kids to look after.

These are the years that you could set yourself up for a lifetime of stability.

Every day is an opportunity to set yourself up for success.

You’re writing the story that you will one day tell your kids.

How do you want the story to go?

Remember: Today is the youngest that you will ever be.

Make the most of it.

Build your lifestyle around your purpose.

Build your lifestyle around God.

Because remember:

Success isn’t a destination; it’s a lifestyle.
