Here's why you feel lost...

Follow this 3 step framework to find your purpose!

Today’s newsletter is about how to find your purpose in life.

This is the EXACT framework I followed to go from directionless to a leader of men.

I call it the ‘FMC’ purpose framework.

But first, let me tell you how and why I came up with it.

I used to be directionless.

I felt like I lived in a giant maze with no way out.

Every day I felt lost.

Like an explorer with no map.

My life a year ago

I didn't know my purpose.

In fact, I didn't even know myself.

I felt like there was no way out.

Can you relate?

These are the 3 steps I took to help me to find my purpose.

So I made it into a framework for others to follow.

My 'FMC' purpose framework helped me not only find my purpose but to find myself.

Step 1 - Face your reality

This is not just the first step, but the most important one.

For my whole life, I didn't face my reality.

I tried to constantly try to escape it.

I had to learn this lesson the hard way:

You will regress by escaping, you will grow by facing.

Stop spending all of your time consuming:

  • Videos

  • Music

  • Opinions of others

Cut out the noise.

Instead, take some time to reflect.

Sit in a quiet room, alone.

Just you, your thoughts and God.

And ask yourself the following questions:

1. How am I holding myself back from my potential?

2. Where will my current lifestyle lead me to?

3. Am I proud of the person I am becoming?

This exercise will be an eye-opening experience for you and will change your perspective on your life.

But the key to reaping the rewards of it is being brutally honest with yourself.

By lying to yourself, you're only holding one person back... YOU.

Step 2 - Make a clear plan of action

Now that you have faced your reality, it's time to make a plan.

This will be your map to freedom.

Answer this question:

What is my ideal lifestyle?

Write an answer for the short term (3 months) and for the long term (3 years).

Build everything around this.

  • Create a schedule

  • Stack up small wins

  • Mark out your next steps

The key to this is building it around what YOU want.

Not what society “expects” you to want.

Not what the "gurus" tell you to want.

What YOU truly want (this may require some self-reflection).

There is no perfect plan for everyone.

You have to create a plan that suits you.

This will require trial and error.

But remember this:

Iterations lead to progress.

Progress leads to success.

You don't have to wake up at 4am.

You don't have to work 24/7.

You just have to create a plan that will lead you to your ideal lifestyle.

And most importantly, stick to it consistently.

Don’t expect immediate results.

Progressively overload overtime to make your “ideal day” more challenging.

That is how you will grow and start to build towards your ideal lifestyle.

By making your "ideal day" easy, you're only holding one person back... YOU.

Step 3 - Chase the light

"No matter what you are going through, there is light, because God is light and he will never leave you". ~ EOBAK

Find the light in every situation.

Roughly 150,000 people die every day.

The fact that you are still here is a blessing.

You still have a purpose to fulfil on this earth no matter how lost you may feel.

Pray to God and he will make things clear to you.

The key to creating a better future for you and your family is this:

Learn from your mistakes.

Be present.

Create a better future.

Don’t dwell on the past.

Time and energy are your greatest assets so don’t waste them on things that you can’t change or control.

There will be setbacks along the way.

There may seem to be no exit.

But keep moving forward.

Step by step.

Day by day.

Moment by moment.

Take consistent action.

The exit is closer than you think.

And if you don't take action, you're only holding one person back... YOU.

I hope you found this framework valuable.

If you did, please share this newsletter.

I truly do believe it will be of value to so many people.

Implement my ‘FMC’ purpose framework in your life, and you will find your purpose.

You will have a clear direction in your life.

You will find the exit to the maze.

This changed my life, and I hope it will change yours too.

And remember:

Success isn't a destination; it's a lifestyle.

Next week I will be telling you ‘why eating is holding you back’.

I’m very excited to hopefully change your perspective and continue to help you to enhance your life.

But until then, have a great week!
